Since we eat yoghurt for breakfast around 4 times a week and try out new combinations of everything, we thought about posting one of these recipes once a month. We’ll see how long that lasts in the end, but we try.
Have you ever fried pineapple? Oh my God, that is so damn delicious, we strongly recommend it because the fruit sugar caramelizes and is just so good. You should really try that. We added coconut flakes, lime zest, oats, nuts and some honey to sweeten the yoghurt but that is not necessary.
If you wanna take the snack to work, put everything in a jar except for the nuts and oats. Put them in another jar and take it both to work, mix it just before you wanna eat it. Because otherwise it will be very sticky. Well, Jana likes it pretty sticky so that is another option. We sometimes make overnight oats, so we mix the oats and yoghurt and put it in the fridge until the next morning. Like that it is easier in the morning. 🙂
